2. Scope of Services
- Profile evaluation and counselling
- University/course selection and application assistance
- Documentation guidance (SOP, CV, etc.)
- Visa documentation support and interview preparation
- Scholarship and financial guidance
3. Eligibility
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Meet eligibility criteria of respective institutions and immigration authorities
- Comply with all academic and legal requirements
4. Fees & Payment Terms
- All professional/service fees charged by WCE are for consultation and processing services only.
- Fees are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in writing.
- Payment schedules must be strictly followed.
- Delays may result in service suspension, process delays, or penalties.Important:
- Tuition fees must be paid directly to the respective university/institution account as per the admission letter.
- Additional costs such as application fees, entrance exams, embassy fees, translation, apostille, insurance, and third-party services are payable separately.
5. Loan Assistance (Education Financing)
- WCE may assist in:
- Connecting applicants with banks/NBFCs
- Documentation guidance for loan processing
- Coordinating with lenders for application submission
- WCE is not a financial institution or lender
- Loan approval, sanction amount, interest rate, and disbursement are solely at the discretion of the respective bank/NBFC
- WCE does not guarantee loan approval or sanction timelines
- Any agreement, terms, or obligations related to loans are strictly between the applicant and the lender
- Loan disbursement is generally subject to visa approval and lender policies
- In some cases, partial pre-visa disbursement may be allowed at lender discretion
- WCE is not responsible for delays, rejections, or changes in loan policies
6. Refund Policy
- Registration and professional fees are non-refundable once services begin.
- No refund will be provided in case of:
- Visa rejection
- Admission rejection
- Withdrawal by applicant
- Incomplete documentation
- Submission of incorrect/fraudulent documents
7. Admission & Visa Disclaimer
- Admission decisions are made solely by the respective university/institution.
- Visa approvals are granted solely by the respective embassy/consulate.
- WCE does not guarantee:
- Admission
- Visa approval
- Scholarships
- Internship or job placement
8. Applicant Responsibilities
- Applicants must:
- Submit genuine and complete documents
- Follow timelines and instructions
- Respect host country laws and institutional rules
- Maintain discipline during study/internship programs
9. International Internships / OJT Programs
- These are training-based programs, not employment
- Placements may be across any region of the destination country
- Benefits (stipend/accommodation) depend on host organization
10. Force Majeure
- War, pandemics, political instability
- Government policy changes
- Visa restrictions
- Natural disasters
- Travel disruptions
11. Limitation of Liability
- Visa rejection
- Admission denial
- Delays due to third parties
- Policy changes by universities or governments
12. Intellectual Property

13. Privacy Policy
WCE maintains confidentiality of applicant data and uses it only for service-related purposes.
14. Third-Party Associations
- WCE is not responsible for third-party decisions or actions
